Post Graduate Programs
A Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert) is a concise educational program culminating in an award upon completion, focusing on providing advanced training in a specific industry area. It typically requires less time to finish compared to a Postgraduate Diploma Program (PGDip), making it a convenient option for individuals seeking to deepen their knowledge in a subject without the requirement of a dissertation. Additionally, the PGCert is a suitable choice for those who may not have the financial means to pursue a full Master’s degree.

Postgraduate diplomas, or PGDips, are academic qualifications obtained after a Bachelor’s (Honours) Degree. They serve as a prerequisite for certain programs and provide vocational training for individuals looking to enhance industry-specific skills. PGDips benefit professionals seeking career advancement in a shorter timeframe than a full Master’s degree. The curriculum includes coursework and research, with a final assessment to demonstrate proficiency. Choosing a PGDip can be a more cost-effective option compared to a Master of Science program. Students may have the opportunity to extend their studies for a Master’s degree after completing a PGDip, subject to meeting academic requirements. The CPS has simplified the admissions process by considering relevant work experience.
